InTouch - Pricing Plans

InTouch Pay Monthly provides customers with use of the InTouch platform each month as well as a range of marketing communication credits which they can use to communicate with their customers.

Initial set-up fee

£199.00 for the first user, £25.00 per each additional user.

Monthly charge

£15.00 per user (no contract)

Customer communication services (per user):

• 1,000 emails per month
• 10 SMS per month

Set-up provides for (per user):

• Loading of up to 1,000 unique records (from spreadsheets or similar files)
• 2 custom data capture fields (shared between users)
• 25MB document storage
• Telephone / online training

Training & Support:

• Free system upgrades
• Free telephone support¹

Optional Costs:

• HTML Email template;  from £150.00

Additional services:

• Emails: 1p each
• SMS: 12p each
• Custom fields: £10.00 each (up to a maximum of 40)
• Document storage: £5.00 per 25MG
• Data loading above the set-up limit: price on application
• On-site training: price on application

IRUN can link your InTouch account to your own database, software system or customer website if required. Please contact us for further details and pricing.

Notes:

• Users are identified by a unique login (email address and password).
• Each new customer will be expected to sign up to the IRUN InTouch standard terms and conditions.
